I don't think you have any leeway on this. It's his amendment right to have weapons. I don't think you can even go as far as calling the police unless you see scratched off serial numbers etc....

You could maybe say in the lease that weapons can't be stored in the home. But then he stores them in his vehicle or in a shed. But I don't know if that's legal?
