There are a couple of questions that come to mind after looking at the information at the link.

1. If you are not government, a landlord can prohibit gun ownership. So, that would mean that guns are still OK in the projects?

2. If a landlord prohibits gun ownership, will he be responsible for the crimes committed against those on his property who are without legal firearm protection.
