All my leases clearly state NO FIREARMS OR AMMO are permitted on the property. period.
without that, you cannot really enforce it at all.
give the tenant notice to terminate the lease at the end of the lease period. Offer them a lease with the wording to prohibit the keeping of such on your property. BUT, otherwise until then you cannot do anything about it.

How can this be legally enforced. If they had guns on the property and you take them to court for it. How will that even work out???
It's like if I were to put on my lease. If you're a woman you can't vote. You can't freely express your speech about me and/or others in the unit?

Hey..I put no smoking in my lease.
Smoking is not against the law.
BUT..the court will uphold my lease provisions.
I don't care if they own guns...just keep them at the gun club.
It is legal to have marijuana in Colorado now...but..the lease says no keeping marijuana in the units. The court will uphold it.
