Always put a time limit for acceptance of any offer to a tenant, to avoid waiting on a reply.

I did address 'before 11/1/14' in the cover letter. I spoke to her on the 24th of Oct. "I mentioned it when she paid the rent in Nov. " A more accurate statement would have been "FOR Nov." My mistake. Thank you.
