Yes you have to pay the rent. I would think that the courts wouldn't evict you because of the established pattern of the lease over the years. They would likely find that you have lived up to your part of the lease and the dispute is solely a family matter.

BUT....If you don't want to risk having the the fact that eviction proceedings were filed against you on your court records, you might want to consider making your rent check out to all three. This would mean that they all need to sign the check to cash it and then they would have to figure out how to distribute the funds between themselves. This leaves you out their dispute while still paying the rent.
