Unless you've been served with something from a court, I would continue to pay who, how and where stated in your lease.
I would send a certified letter to all three stating if they wish, AND ALL THREE AGREE TO IT IN WRITING, you will place the rent in escrow with the court until their dispute is resolved.
I would look for a way to move immediately.
