I just wanted to check for Nevada and it is not in the list, so what dogs are considering dangerous in Nevada?

Why would you want to allow a dog of any breed? When a tenant's dog bites someone it will not matter it the dog is on a list or not.

Gov. Brian Sandoval signed the bill May 24, 2013 making Nevada the 14th state to prohibit breed-specific legislation. The bill went into effect Oct. 1.

The new legislation allows local governments to continue passing laws that target dangerous or vicious dogs so long as the laws are free from breed bias.
