You have a MTM lease - you don't have to say why - just give notice & get them out. When we were Long Distance LL & thought we had property manager HA. Got a clipping in the mail about the tenant being arrested for drugs. Then got call from her sister that person going to jail. Anyway, found out from neighbors oh yes there were cars all time night and day stopping by. (No one bothered to tell us so we could remove the person before the problem). We were lucky there wasn't a lot of damage to house.
I wouldn't confront - I'd just get the people out with proper written notice.

Do they actually have any cop shows on TV that show them the way they really are? I would like to see one of those but I never have. The majority of males and a few females in my extended family going back 3 generations either are or were cops. Not me though.
