This is bad advice...

In FL you can put belongings on the curb.

We don't put belongings on the curb, because all the "Looky Lous" scattered it and dig through it. Waste Pro doesn't pick it up unless it is in a can. Second I don't like to show a property with all the junk sitting by the driveway. So move it once to the flatbed, take it to the dump and bill the SD for our time and mileage.
