I don't know anything about your notices, holdovers in your state, eviction court, etc. BUT I do know that you should not be showing that place.

How can you confidently inform a prospective tenant what the anticipated move in date will be?

It's someone who knows about us and our condos. They would be willing to wait until it is vacant. Even if they moved in the spring! They wanted to see it and give us a security deposit to hold it for them should all their references etc checked out. They heard about the upcoming vacancy and wanted to get a jump on it.
