By the way, you need to find out just WHO is going to do the physical moving out of the personal property. The officers that come, are there to keep the piece and oversee the eviction only. They will not be the ones to do the actual moving of the furniture and other personal items of the tenant. The LL is usually the one to move the stuff out, or hire someone to do it. And sometimes, if there is not enough help there to do the eviction in a reasonable amount of time, the officer may postpone the eviction until there are enough people to do it.

Thanks for the information. We tried to help and see if she was in financial difficulty. Contacted her more than 10 times. Never got back from her. Until one day knocked on her door, she was still there. She's driving a brand new Lincoln. Don't know if she really needs help with money or not... Thanks for letting me know about the moving process. I thought the officers were the ones to do the moving. Guess I need to call to find out.
