How to use the program? I had the same problem-I could not figure out how to use the program. Doing the sign-up process I got the feeling that it was trying to sign me up for a Lowes credit card, and similar for the other companies.

Once you sign up, you link your existing accounts (participating merchants) with your CBG account. I alreay had a Lowes card and I use Sherwin Williams. There is a contact phone # for CBG at the bottom of the Create Your Member Profile page if you have questions. They are very helpful.
