Yes, you can do that,provided your state's LL/T laws allow you to. In Iowa, its called "clear and present danger" , and we can use the law to quickly evict a person if they commit violent crimes or drug offenses. But we must have lots of proof through the police dept. They must be arrested and charged, but not nessesarily found guilty, because a court date could be 6 months down the road. Check with a local attorney, or maybe a couple of large apartment complexes where you live to get some correct wording.
