Hi,

Just wanted to pass this along....I am not spamming - I get nothing from these people but read about this service and thought other landlords would like to know about it.

Trans Union offers eviction reports - I have not used this service but will try it in the future.

Since it is free to just check with the court clerks office (and these days most all have this data online), why pay for this? Also...I have an agency that does a complete background and criminal check...they pull up all the court records. I am sure everyone wants complete court records and not just evictions. So, why pay for a separate and duplicate service?
