I agree with this process in theory, 100%, but I want to add that it doesn't always work. Many times I have posted all my criteria on craigslist, just to have people flag it and take it down because they think it's not socially acceptable. I have found it is hard to keep an ad current once people take that approach, so many times I have to dull down my tone with regard to my screening criteria, just so I can keep my ads posted and current.

P-Bone. I have been flagged too. I have only one little ad versus the CL posters that have 25 ads for the same stupid place. And I Get flagged? I keep my CL ad brief on criteria, and do not list a phone number. They have to email me or go to my website which has ALL my criteria (its not a live link).

Yeah, I inquired on the message boards and everyone that responded turned against me and said my requirements were not the social norm and that's why I get flagged. Honestly, I think it's just people that think I have strict criteria that decided to keep messing with my ads. I normally only post 2 for one unit. I list it two different ways because as a 2+ I get a certain prospect and as a 3 bedroom I get different prospects.
