Unless you had one heck of a good working relationship with your tenants that would allow significantly less/no notice, which is definitely not the case here, you have to obey all the required notice terms. In these cases, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. If you have out of town prospects, you have to clarify that due to the nature of the lease and landlord/tenant relationship, they have to allow you to give appropriate notice or you cannot show them the property.
