We don't see much about renal management software here.

I was really bummed out a few years ago when they abandoned RentRight. I had been using it since 1997. I tried Tenant File, but hated it. I had it for a year and a half but couldn't get into it. I looked at tons of other ones. Many were cloud-based, which I didn't want.

Cautiously I tested LandlordMax. Trust me, it offers the best bang for the buck. The interface is clean, it's easy to use, and I really like it. The reporting is excellent, too.

Are there some improvements that could be made? Of course.

But their support is terrific and fast. I recommend it.

I should also mention that I got my hopes up last year when I contacted the former owners of Rent Right and was told that they were developing a new product called Simple Landlord. It never took off, though.
