Since you have documentation to prove you did everything as quickly as possible...and you have the written notice to terminate end of Dec. I think you will win.

But...I also think it will depend a lot on the location. Some places are so tenant friendly that the judges simply do not care about the facts. If you do those this I would appeal for sure.

Thanks. These tenants really sucked. They invited me in last summer and I noticed that their kitchen countertop looked a little rough. I offered to have it replaced as a good will gesture. They agreed. One tenant later said she love it, the other was furious about the mess and how long it took.

I don't allow dogs but agreed for the to petsit one for almost a year.

No good deed goes unpunished!
