If you found someone who had good luck with an agent we should mark that one on the wall because it will not happen again. Agents typically will send you every deadbeat relative and friend they know.

So should I interpret the lack off interest in my 3BR as a sign the market is small for it? I thought the type who go 3BR's are families who don't normally use Craigslist.. Or maybe just wishful thinking...
