Look up landlord/tenant laws in Kansas, have him read his lease. You should give more information, in your question. What is the reason they are giving him to move out?

Something to keep in mind is he may be in breech of his contract for you living there without being on the lease (unless he had written permission) You said he has a lease, but it's where you both reside. There is a provision in most leases that say you may not move in additional people unless you've been given written permission.

They know i reside here! Im pregnant and have a child already with my bf! There was a new company that took over and they basically let every employee go but he has a lease they all do and they are only making him and another move for some reason! I do know that they have to give him 30days notice! The sheriff will have to change the locks and will have to give him the notice! Im just worried about having a place to stay for my children and about if they can do this when he has a lease! He pays the rent and everything else its just not right they would give 48hours!
