I agree with the others------PASS on this prospect! Even if he wants to pay a double deposit, plus 1st and last months rent, PASS! Even if 3 other people wish to cosign for him, and 1 was his Pastor, and 1 was the Mayor of the city,----PASS !!

Ok that made me chuckle. Funny thing they said that they would double the security deposit and pay first and last months rent. I guess if I have to think about it this much it should be a PASS! Thanks!
