No, I don't think so.

If it was working a couple days before when your husband was there, how did the plug fall out? Not plugged in very well? I can't believe the tenants moved the dishwasher just for giggles.

Possibly just took a cursory glance rather than got in there and really checked. You won't win on this one.

But it was leaking before. Does that mean that the father fixed the leak and caused a new one? You won't win on this one either.

In this case, I think you're out of luck.

Electrical outlets get loose after years. Because the plug is falling out of the outlet for the dishwasher, you may need a new wall outlet for the dishwasher.

obviously you don't know how to read. tenant knocked plug loose from wall under the sink while placing her belongings under it. and the sink was NOT leaking prior to her father messing with it.

Why didn't your husband notice and fix these things before hand. If a plug is easily knocked loose, it;s in the wrong place or defective. The faucets low water pressure should have been taken care up also. A good plumber could have flushed the water line to dislodge any pebble, besides if you had two plumbers to look at it, that says there's a problem.
