Anytime someone buys or rents something, or uses a service, and then doesn't pay for it, it's called fraud, stealing, theft, robbery, ripoff, etc. They are all red flags. And the more red flags there are, the farther you should stay away from that person. (unless you want to be the NEXT person they do it to. )
