I've seen on other forums where a tenant asks how to find someone to rent to them because the have: bad credit, a criminal background, an eviction, etc.

And the answer they get from people is to look for a private landlord.

They probably read it online. It's kind of funny they'd just blurt it out like that LOL. It's like announcing - Hey, I'm a problem tenant!

I've seen that too CC...kind of annoying, but the small landlords who don't bother to learn the business helped create this situation.
