Hi J, Did she provide accurate contact info for her current landlord? If so, try to verify what she's telling you with her landlord.

I realize there are legitimate circumstances where people need to move in a hurry, but more often than not I discover they're trying to hide something.

Good luck with this one--hope she works out for you.

Thanks Becky, I hope so too...I'm a little nervous about the quick move, but the credit is a good sign, I think...I won't get my hopes up until everything is done.
