I did want to note that a few years ago we did have a landlord enter our home, the dogs were not in their crates as we didn't know he would be coming over and amazingly, he didn't end up bit!

In fact they were as happy as can be to see him. APBTs are TRAINED to be mean, they are not naturally aggressive to people, or animals. My dogs love everyone, dogs, cats and people alike.

They have gone hiking with us, picnicking with us, fishing with us, boating with us, swimming with us, festivals with us, they meet people everywhere, they meet and see animals everywhere...on leash, off leash, they do not leave our sides and always, always do a beautiful sit when anyone comes to greet them, human and animal alike.
Even our local park ranger could not believe how amazingly well-behaved and friendly our dogs were.

The sad part, is that the vast majority of APBT owners do the exact same thing with their dogs, and their dogs are just as well-behaved and friendly.

But because the doesn't sell in the media, you don't hear about it.

I never had a problem renting with mine and most I know don't either. It isn't a situation where we have to move to some ghetto in order to find a home.
