I am informed

I DO NOT rent to anyone with dogs or cats

oh, they claim 'well-behaved, doesn't bark, won't spray/urinate on floors, etc'

but I know better

if renters were so 'responsible' they would be home owners

Carol, the notion that renters are not responsible is ridiculous on its face. I both rent and own. I rent where I live because it's cheaper to do so where my job transferred me to. Totally agree on the pets thing. Only reason I'm considering it is as a tool to help mitigate turnover rate.
