I will contact them first thing tomorrow morning. And tell them if they dont send someone by tomorrow then I will have to get an AC Co and send them the bill. Thanks so much for your advice. I still dont like the way she called me screaming as if I wasn't doing my part.

Assuming you have children, do you remember when you were expecting your first child ? The closer to the due date, the more your feelings and thoughts were being turned upside down, and you would do anything to make your wife less irritable and more comfortable ? That's what your tenants are feeling. They are being protective of the wife and their unborn first child. You, on the other hand, are only protecting your pocket book with your "insurance" or "home warranty " To you or that company, this is not an emergency---to that couple, in their state of mind, it is. You handled this situation wrong, but there is still time to make amends. Get the AC on ASAP, and after their child is born, give them a nice baby gift of some sort.

who said that I am protecting my wallet? I have a home insurance with a company and first thing this morning I was on the phone with them.I was aware of this issued yesterday after 6pm when all companies are closed. I also made it clear to a supervisor of company, after I spoke with a lower ranked employed that this was an emergency for the young women is expecting her first child. I will be calling them first thing doors open to make sure that a tech is send to their home ASAP if that isn't the case then I will call a local company. If they had called me 2 or 3 days ago then yes I would had been sleeping on that but that hasn't been the case. So exactly what is it that I did wrong?

G - I have six children. I was pregnant six times. I had two children born in July and one the end of August. One was born in October. In other words, I was very pregnant four times in the summer months. I didn't have central air nor even window air conditioners ... we used fans and I remember with my second child we used to go to the mall for the AC ... I was so huge I'd sit at the fountain while my little one played.

AC breaking down is something that happens. If he called the next morning, he did everything he needed to do.
