That is exactly what I did I called my insurance company first thing this morning after her husband phone me yesterday after 6pm when all biz were closed. I will my insurance co. again first thing tomorrow morning and if they are slow and instead of acting fast then I will call a company. This is a priority and I am not sitting by a pool drinking a mojito. So there is NOTHING wrong with me. If that was the case I would had not care or had come here for advice even when California law has a set temperature to call it an emergency.
