If you end up in court fighting to evict your T, what types of communication are admissible?

Emails?
Texts?

All written communication, phone records and photos are good. Most important is the lease document.Payment records also. You need notarized statements or live testimony from any other party that testifies. I keep all communications from tenants. You never know when you might need them.
