She is section 8, it cost us $200 to get the people and the truck, now I am concerned that at the reschedule date, she will have the payment, I don't want to have her as a retor any more, can I refuse the payment and proceed with the eviction, this is taking place in Montgomery County Maryland ?

I agree with you- get rid of this tenant now while you have the opportunity.
I was told by my attorney that it is OK to accept money that is owed to me as long as I don't agree to let the tenants stay. ***Check with your lawyer 1st*** before you accept any money from this tenant before they are gone.
Good luck. Tommy
