Call the office tomorrow and explain that you have paid through the 31st and you intend to occupy through that date, unless you are willing to take a rebate of the 2 days instead (then offer that, of course). Ask them where they want you to leave the keys on the 31st. Also, ask them to deliver to you the documents you need to sign on Friday -- they can leave them in your mailbox or taped to your door -- and you will return them through the mailslot or leave them with your keys on the 31st.
