We have nice apartments surrounded by income based communities, so it's difficult to get qualified applicants. We lowered the 2 bedrooms to as low as $499. The owner has never had to do this and is upset we have 12 vacancies out of 48! Any pointers on filling units in the poor enonomy? We advertise on cl, the local paper, apartment guide and have open houses, what more can we do?
