Went to court yesterday - very nervous T did not show! That was a relief. However Judge awarded possession which is good But...Service was conspicuous not personal after 2 tries they posted it to the door. so I did not get the money judgement. Does anyone know if the tenant can say he did not receive it. and appeal & stall. The next step is the sheriff and I heard they have a 6-8 week backload. As always thank you for any insight
