I don't get how some places get away with hundreds of CL postings for the same apartment complex or apt. finding service. What I have done in the past is to create three completely different CL ads for the same place, and see which one draws the most inquiries. For contact information I reference my website so CL does not pick up on the same phone number or any other similarity.

Some of these services on CL advertise for a place but they won't tell you where it is unless you pay them a fee.
