My very difficult tenant will be leaving the 31th. By lease terms, she should be leaving the apartment the 31th at 12 noon. By letter send the 5 of november ( more than one month before her departure) I remind her that we will meet with her saturday the 31th of december at 12 noon for the last walk-trouh and she should give me back the keys.

My next tenant will be moving the next day at noon.

What I can do if the leaving tenant does not respect the timing ?
