If you have to go to court simply print and bring them with you. Don't say anything until you are in front of the judge. The second you said it, the judge will take a look at them and decide on the spot whether what you are saying is true or not.
If you do it on the spot, it would either help or be irelevant. If you let them know that you know, it can turn into a he-said-she-said thing.
