Agree--with all those damages, it sounds like the entire $850 will easily be used up. Remember that you are not usually allowed to charge for your own time and labor (which is retarded imo), so hire cleaners instead of doing it yourself.

Next time, screen better, and DO NOT rent to someone who witholds their SSN!
