Actually, I did go there the next day and 5 times since then to her not answering. I have letters both certified, normal mail and by affidavit service requesting access to the home. I have emails I sent to her and myself requesting access. I had the building inspetor there trying to gain my access. The police CLEARLY told me I am NOT ALLOWED on that property without her permission until she moves. It does not matter if it is in the lease or not nor does it matter I own the place. They said I can be arrested. I spoke to a lawyer also and he said give the 30 day vacate letter and do eviction. STAY AWAY from the property. I am not sure even if it is true about the pump sinc she is ignoring me in every angle.
