Don't be surprised if the husband asks for 1/2 the deposit back. If you remove him from the lease and make her the only one on the lease make her fork over 1/2 of the security deposit to you before giving him any money back or tell him the SD is only given back when all occupants move and he needs to deal with this with his wife.
