I got an order for possession last week. I never received my papers in the mail. I called the constable. He stated that the judge forgot to sign the papers. Tenant gets to stay an extra ten days. BTW when I go back to court to garnish wages can I add on rent for January or can I only collect what is on the judgement paper?
