You go ahead and leave in the morning. Just get ready to see your deposit evaporate. The asbestos is floor tile covered by carpet, padding and several layers of other flooring. Are you breathing it? Is there black mold or not? Do you have a flood or a leak? Did a licensed electrician look at the electrical work? You ask "How do all of these health hazards impact the ability to terminate a lease?" Well, they are not going to help you much?
