Yes, Shaun, we have a point here : WHERE TO GO TO LEARN HOW TO BECOME A GOOD LANDLORD if we are considering landlording as a business ? ( I agrees with Mr Dan on this : LLording IS a business.)

The LPA is a good start, and some books too - and we can surf all tenants' websites, discuss with tenants, to see what they like and/or dislike.
