All States have Associations for the rental industry. Many collages have course that are available. Some cities even offer basic landlord training. Here are a few places to start: National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPMŪ)........National Apartment Association...... American Rental Property Owners & Landlords Association....... Association of Rental Property Owners. You can find an affiliate association near you that can give you training. Many offer online classes.
