Are you saying that if you could afford to carry them longer..you would?
You are running a business. If you do not treat it exactly like a business you will soon be out of business.
Would anyone expect the grocery store to 'carry you' because they could afford it?
When you have a non-paying tenant..you post and mail that 3 day notice the same day they are late with the rent. If you don't get the rent in full..you file in court. Anything else is not business-like and will lead to financial trouble.
