I was just repeating the words in the first post : "There's no lease, just a simple application ... " , so that's why I was wondering.
Yep, the application IS NOT a lease contact, Thanks God, 'cause I have received more than a dozen application in January - and, NO NO I do NOT consider them as a lease contract
