Which section in the LPA lease should have this? (Score: 1) by Anonymous on Monday, March 5, 2012 @03:19
I changed the LPA lease agreement to a Month to Month Rental Agreement a while ago when I updated everything, and I want to add that open flames, candles of any kind (i.e. beeswax, gel, soy, wax etc), lanterns, hurricane lamps, and any items with wicks are prohibited from being used in the house or on the premises.

Is this silly to do this?

Do I make this an addendum, or a Change in Terms of Tenancy, or what? If I embed it in the document itself, where should it go? Thanks!
