I'd approach her and let her know that some of her son's friends were over the other day for about an hour, and when they left, they were rude to one of the neighbors.
Be prepared to say exactly what "rude" looked like...did they flip off the neighbor, do any name calling to the neighbor, give the neighbor an unfriendly look with teeth bared and face scrunched up, did they approach the neighbor and get in his space and stare at him until he moved? Yeah, you get the idea.
I wouldn't use the word "aggressive" but be prepared to describe the aggressive behavior or attitude as *rude.*
You may also want to make sure she knows HER son did not display these behaviors, but you were wondering if perhaps the other boys might be reminded about being more aware of how they are behaving.
Please post again and let us know what happened when you talked with this mom yesterday.
Then the son of my tenant came with them and the three of them left in the car. Should I be concerned about my tenant's son friends and visitors ? How may I impose good manners so we will not have problems with our neighbors ? May I talk to my tenant about the incident ?
