Nope. You have to live out the lease or the landlord will go after you for two month's rent plus give your deposit a haircut. What you can do is schedule the people coming through your house to show up at your convenience. But it may be possible that you can ask the landlord to let you leave early. Make sure your deposit will not suffer in the process.
