Yes you can show hardship and petition the BK court to lift the stay to evict them. Otherwise, you have to wait until the case is discharged. Then all rent owed to you prior to the filing would be put in a pod with other debts and you get whatever is there, if there is anything, shared with other creditors.

However, rent owed to you after the filing, if the tenant continues to stay at your property, is considered as the "administrative expense", and court makes it priority for the debtor to pay.
